How to end a raffle?

You decide! Choose to end your raffle when all the tickets are sold or on a specific date.

How do I end the raffle automatically? When setting up a raffle, you have two options:

Once the specified number of tickets or the designated end date is reached, the raffle will conclude by itself and the widget will no longer be visible on your site. Any order placed post this 2 events will not generated tickets for your customers.

How to end the raffle manually:

Once the raffle is created, you can end the raffle manually if needed. Follow these steps to conclude the raffle before the designated date or number of tickets:

• Click on the Raffle Status tab, and click on the Actions button
• Click the End raffle to start the end raffle sequence
• A warning pop up modal will show, to confirm if you really wanted to end the raffle -> click continue
• Raffle has conculed and choose a winner component will show. Now proceed to choosing the winner

This will ensure that your raffle has been concluded and you are ready to select the winner for the raffle.
