How are the winners selected (manual and automated)?
Once the excitement of the raffle ends, we're here to help you choose the winner. You can select the winner in a way that best suits you. Whether you prefer to personally hand-pick the lucky winner or want us to take care of it, we've got you covered!
Automatic winner selection:
Once the raffle ends, click the Raffle Status tab > Choose Winners button > Automatic radio button > End Raffle button.
Please note: This action cannot be undone; once you click the "End Raffle" button, all winners will be finalized.
How will the winners receive notification? Once you click the End Raffle button, all the winners will receive the email notification automatically. We recommend you follow up with the winners regarding the required prize details.
How do you view the Winners within the Pineraffle app? Once the winners are selected, winner details (Name, email ID, ticket number) are available within the "Winners" tab.
Recommendation (optional): Whether you select the winner automatically or manually, we recommend you extract the list of participants for future reference. This is an optional step. Navigate to the Raffle Status tab > Actions button > Extract All. The participant list can be found in the Reports tab, which will be exported in CSV format and include the participant's name, email ID, and ticket numbers.

Manual winner selection:
Click the Raffle Status tab > Choose Winners button > Manually radio button > Select the winner/s. Use the <Next> and <Back> buttons to view all the participants, allowing you to select multiple winners if needed.
Please note: If you have over 200 participants, the manual option will be unavailable and the PineRaffle app will automatically select the winner.

External winner selection:
Select the "None" option if you select a winner outside the PineRaffle app.
Please note: If you select the winner outside of the PinrRaffle app, you are responsible for notifying the customer manually.
