How will the winner get the prize?
For most prize types (Percentage, Fixed Amount, Free Shipping, Free Product, Gift Card) winners will get their prize automatically via email! 🎉 You can customize this email in the "Notifications" tab.
- For a custom prize, you will need to arrange for delivery of the prize. Be sure to provide clear instructions in the winner's email so they know how to claim it!
