How to view participant details and download the participant list?
At PineRaffle, we believe that knowing the details of the participants in your raffle enhances the excitement! That’s why our PineRaffle app offers fantastic options for easily accessing all the participant details. Dive in and discover more about the people joining the fun!
You can explore either of the options below for your active raffle.
Important note: You will not be able to view the participant list or extract it once the raffle ends / winner is chosen. Please save a copy of the participant list for future reference before selecting the winner.
Participant List View:
- Pineraffle app > Raffle Status tab
- Click on the "Running" tab to view the list of participants for your current raffle
- You can click on the Front/Back icons to view the next page of participants
You can extract the participant list while the raffle is active or after it has ended (before winner selection).
Download Participant list:
- You can extract the list of participants in a CSV format for easy access.
- Pineraffle app > Raffle Status tab
- Click on the "Running" tab > Manage Participants button > Extract
Click on the Reports tab and Download button to view the list of participants in CSV format - including Participant names, email IDs, no. of tickets, and associated ticket numbers.
