Can a customer get multiple tickets from the same raffle?
Yes, PineRaffle offers the opportunity for customers to get multiple tickets for the same raffle, which means more chances to win! Here's how it works for different raffle types:
Product raffle type:
Each eligible product purchased gives the customer one raffle ticket (even if it's all in the same order). For example, if the client bought four shirts that are part of the raffle, they will get four tickets.
Order Value raffle type:
Customers can get a ticket per order or multiple tickets it is based on 2 criteria
1. the ticket entry criteria
- customers order value
Let me explain this by the help of any example below.
if the order value per ticket is defined as $50 (entry criteria), and the customer purchased products worth of $400, they will get 8 tickets; If a customer purchased products worth $100, they will get 2 tickets for the raffle in subject
